wanna get fit? Thanks to joining the gym I’ve started counting calories
hehe, not that I’m changing my diet dramatically, but I just wanna know if I’m eating what I’m supposed to be eating.
So, in my search for accurate nutritional values for food, I came across http://www.calorieking.com/ which gives great info! and gives you recommendations of the amounts you should eat at http://www.calorieking.com/freeprofile/ And if you join, you can get an online food diary (but that costs money……)
But you might have to do some conversions, its an american site. Kinda intresting.
